Content Authenticity and Attribution Clause

a) All content created is genuine, accurate, and reflects professional standards appropriate for the intended educational or training purpose;
b) Any content, materials, ideas, methodologies, or substantial portions thereof that are not in the public domain, or that are derived from third-party sources, copyrighted materials, or proprietary works, shall be properly attributed with complete and accurate references, citations, or acknowledgments as required by applicable copyright laws and professional standards;
c) I will obtain necessary permissions or licenses for the use of any third-party copyrighted materials before incorporating them into any Work Product;
d) I will not knowingly include plagiarised, falsified, or misrepresented content in any Work Product created for theĀ Company;
e) I understand that failure to comply with these content authenticity and attribution requirements may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment, and that I may be held personally liable for any copyright infringement or other legal consequences arising from non-compliance with these provisions.
Waiver of Moral Rights
As an Employee of the HSA Group ("the Company") or any company within the HSA Group or affiliated to the HSA Group, I understand that it is a condition of my employment to adhere to the intellectual property clause of my employment contract pertaining to the ownership of the Company of any Work Product (this includes but is not limited to training material, research and lecture materials whether recorded visually or not etc.) created by me during the duration of my employment.
I agree that the Company shall not be required to designate me as the inventor or author of any Work Product that will be published on any of the Company's platforms or websites, including GIFE.
I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waive and release, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all of my rights to such designation and any rights concerning future modifications to any Work Product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby waive all claims to moral rights and economic rights in and to any Work Product.
